As we drove along the coast, we saw wetlands on the inland side of Highway 101, just before the entrance to the home of the Buena Vista
Audubon Society. We had to turn in and check it out! Inside the building were displays and a room where small group lectures could be held. Trails around the wetlands area give hikers a great view of the habitat for local water fowl.
