More of the sights through the Santa Maria area wine country. Foxen Canyon Road is the main road to most of the wineries in that area. Once we exited Highway 101, we passed through acres and acres of farmland; kale, romaine lettuce, red chili peppers, and even strawberries seemed to be what's currently growing there. The views then changed to rows and rows of grape vines. We both loved the look of the old country stores - even stopped at one in Garey and enjoyed a can of A&W Root Beer.
