Lido Island...

...is another part of the maritime sprawl that is Newport Beach and it's marinas. Margaret figured that a brand new haircut and color job deserved a meal out. Since Larry had never been to The Blue Water Grill on Lido, that's where we decided to go and enjoy a beautiful (though slightly chilly) autumn late afternoon. Lido is home to lots of condo and apartments, quite a few boats, and a few really good restaurants. Neither of us was the least disappointed with our chicken caesar and seafood salads, fresh baked sour-dough bread, and a lovely Pinot Grigio at the Grill. We are so lucky to live in a place where there are so many wonderful sights and things to do within miles of us!
