"Saturday in the park..."

This was our first official Israel-McKay-Huertas-DeeMinter picnic. (Definitely not our last!) Larry and Margaret provided the grilled chicken, potato salad, and chips and quacamole, while the girls brought fruit salad and dessert. (Heather made mini cupcakes on a stick that were terrific.) After we finished with the train ride it was a two minute drive to the park that's just across the street from our condo. (Close enough that we even ran home and got Sassy and Nica to spend a few minutes at the party. Surprisingly, they were camera shy for a change :) It was great being all together; we were just sorry that David had to work and wasn't able to join us.
